Launching an All-New Travel Credit Card with FNBO.
Challenge:
FNBO is the issuer of many co-branded credit cards, but they decided to get in the game and launch their own mid-market travel credit card for the first time on a national scale. They turned to us to help carve out a unique niche in the highly competitive and crowded card category.
Solution:
After a lot of brainstorms and working sessions, “Getaway by FNBO” came to be. The idea behind this name resulted from the pandemic, realizing travel now means different things to different people. So with Getaway by FNBO, it’s easier to feed that wanderlust. No matter what your dream destination is—across the city, the state, the country, or the world—you can just go. Without regrets.
Our team created a visually engaging credit card design inspired by topographical maps, leaning heavily into FNBO's brand colors. We then created an entire launch campaign, featuring social, digital, direct mail, email, and a landing page—each of which is designed to capture the energy and enthusiasm of travel, both near and far.
Results
The Getaway Travel Card media campaign launched on 12/21/21 with Display and Search, followed by Social on 1/21/22.
As of 5/3/22 the total campaign spend is $333,247 and has delivered over 41 million impressions at an $8.11 CPM, 98,000 clicks at a $3.38 CPC and has driven over 7,500 Getaway credit card applications.
